Fuck u. Ur getting strong on those squats and right as I hit 315 ass to grass I had to stop squatting Cuz my hip was hurting and getting worse each week for like 2 months or so.
Been a month no leg day and tried 135,185 yesterday and it's not healed.
Swapping from oly shoe to flat shoe instantly fixed my hip problem
