I recently changed from high bar to low bar and am trying to put the form on point, dis my first set of 5x5, I put lifting belt at 4th set cuz i'm a faggot

notice your knees cave in from the 3rd rep and up, just use a neutral stance and you'll be better off.

I'd wear a belt on all working sets

I've found putting a belt on changes my form slightly, also if your not consistent with your belt height (on ur body) this can throw out your form too

By form I mean the grove you get into when you perform the exexercise a lot

Fuck u. Ur getting strong on those squats and right as I hit 315 ass to grass I had to stop squatting Cuz my hip was hurting and getting worse each week for like 2 months or so.

Been a month no leg day and tried 135,185 yesterday and it's not healed.

Swapping from oly shoe to flat shoe instantly fixed my hip problem
