Question #1: When To use the workout belt? Ive been using it for some heavy lifting to support the back. Any specific workouts where you can benefit from using a belt?
when should I not use it?

Question #2: what is a 5 x 5 routine? my guess is 5 exercises of 5 sets each? Please lmk

Question #3 Any motivational tips :P

#1. What are you even asking? use it for heavy deadlifts and heavy squats.

do you even know what the purpose of the belt is?

Also, I don't use a belt. Probably never will. do it raw, like I did your mother last night.

#2. 5x5 means this. You have an exercise. say, squats. Now what 5x5 means in relation to that is you will do 5 sets for 5 reps on each set. 5 sets, 5 reps per set = 5x5.

#3. Motivation? hm...

How bad do you want it son? figure out your goals and chase them.

In response to question #1 I am asking what is a belt most commonly used for? Any exercise in specific? So far ive only tried it with deadlifts but was curious if there are specific exercises where it might come in handy. Obviously the less you use it the stronger the core etc. Cheers.

Maintaining intraabdominal pressure. Any and all compound exercises involving erector spinae load.
