#1. What are you even asking? use it for heavy deadlifts and heavy squats.
do you even know what the purpose of the belt is?
Also, I don't use a belt. Probably never will. do it raw, like I did your mother last night.
#2. 5x5 means this. You have an exercise. say, squats. Now what 5x5 means in relation to that is you will do 5 sets for 5 reps on each set. 5 sets, 5 reps per set = 5x5.

So far ive only tried it with deadlifts but was curious if there are specific exercises where it might come in handy. Obviously the less you use it the stronger the core etc. Cheers.
