I got a new job doing landscaping, and I'm always fking hungry, with my new job, I think my kcals/day have to be 4,400 to gain 1lb/week

besides

cashews
quest bars
mass gainer + maltodextron shakes
gatorade (my lips/face/hands seem to be getting really dry despite drinking a lot of water, maybe low on electrolytes?)

I can't really eat sandwhiches cuz I'm allergic to wheat, otherwise i'd prolly be bringing those too =\

for lunch I usually just bring rice with egg/chicken and this is usually what i eat for dinner too (make 2 servings of it every night)

So whats the problem if you are eating alot of carbs/fat/protein from the rice/chicken/eggs for lunch?
That's probably the best you can do really.

Unless you're running a marathon with landscaping equipment on your back, I don't see how a person your size would need anywhere near 4,400 kcals

I'm not trying to be a dick here, but I'm guessing you're just impatient.

If you weren't gaining at 3,600 kcal with minimal activity throughout the day besides your workout then you aren't working out hard enough.
4,400 kcals seems right for a manual labor job but if you weren't gaining at 3,600 kcal doing nothing why would you gain at 4,400 kcal constantly doing something.

I was at 3,600 for 3 months, I bounced around from 158-161 for that entire period.

You burn off alot more calories doing manual labor than you do sitting still..

3,600 for 160 lbs and not gaining? doesn't make much sense.
