You might be right, my squats have been plateauing on ICF for awhile now and I was planning to get on 5/3/1 anyways so just decided to do it. If I do it for a year that's a 120lb increase in just Deadlifts and Squats if things go optimally, I'm comfortable with that. I'm not trying to go for a 500lb squat just want decent numbers then focus on hypertrophy.
