looking for any sort of powder I can mix with water for lunch that will fill me up until supper?
I have a terrible habit of not eating lunch but am thinking if I can get some sort of substitute that would be a lot more beneficial than not eating/drinking anything.
if it matters I don't have an active job.. I work in IT so just sit around all day for the most part.

thanks in advance.

i use to get Ideal Shape
costs about 50$ for a 30 serving tub, use promo mrs.r for 5$ off
one of the best from what i've seen, my fav was the strawberry ( i'm not a chocolate person as it is, but their chocolate tastes like cardboard, has a weird texture and leaves an odor in your shaker cup ). they claim 3 hours of hunger free, and from my experience it's fairly accurate. lotta people here gonna hate on these shakes, but i know life sometimes doesn't allow for a meal. be sure to read nutritional facts first.

if you've got a refrigerator at work, just bring meals from home.

buy chicken breast in bulk, cook it in a little olive oil, roast some sweet potatoes in olive oil, pan-fry some beans with chopped onions and garlic, maybe even cook them with some red wine and let it reduce to have a nice sauce, then whatever else. easy to make, cheap, delicious, and good macros.

cook a lot of it on the weekends so you have a whole week's worth of meals tupperware'd and ready to go

there's really no such thing as meal replacement. no kind of pill or shake will do for you what whole, fresh foods can nutrition-wise.

/e if you'd like some easy/healthy/cheap recipes feel free to PM me. i'm an extraordinary chef

Muscle Juice Revolution 2600 is a pretty good product, if you can take the saturated fat.

Gives a decent level of everything you need to get fat as fuck while including your protein.

5 dollar foot-longs , Ham, on herbs and cheese with everything but tomato for me.

I don't know what the caloric value is once you stack everything on (i get the southwest mayo as well).

But it's not a bad deal. I bet you with everything its pushing a solid 800 plus calories.

JK went on their site, looked at toppings and bread , the bread alone is 500 calories if you choose Italian herbs and cheese lol.

Yikes hah.

It really isn't that expensive.. eat it like M-F, like ~$6-7 a day for a meal.
