I have a bum knee and I hurt it again Saturday. I have another workout Monday but can't run or do anything that involves a lot of movement with my legs. Do you have any good cardio exercises that can be done with limited leg involvement?

Use that spinning machine that has only the hands. It's meant for cripples lololol.

Or for reals: jump in pool and put a pull buoy between your legs and then do laps with just arms.

Have you tried a stationary bike? It's a lot lower impact than running and might be alright with your knee.
