Your back is rounding on the way down = more risk of injury

you can drop it, which puts 0 stress on your back, right now youre just rounding your back, its the same weight as when you're coming up if you dont accelerate towards the ground

Thanks friends. Didn't think about it like that. Will definitely work on the form of coming down then.

Been spending a lot of time trying to perfect my form of all my big lifts.

Other than the coming down part, how is the form? I was looking for critique on my going up part, as that was what I thought mattered the most, so some comments on that would be lovely.

I thought that was the ultimate goal when you get to the end of the lift? Locking it out at the top?
