Short answer, you're adapted to the lactic buildup.
it doesn't mean anything to your progress, ignore it.

kind of a misleading short answer

Muscle soreness occurs when the muscle is stressed to the point that it slightly tears, causing what is called delayed onset muscle soreness. Once the muscle is healed, a few days after the initial exercise, the muscle becomes stronger. Repeatedly doing the same exercise routine will not continue to strengthen the muscle, therefore there will be no soreness.

it means your progress is slowing, but it's normal for your everyday workouts (bench etc) but you should be introducing new workouts all the time to attack your muscles different ways

He's talking about intra-set lactic buildup, don't be a retard.
