Basically broke a bone in my wrist and cant bend it so no bench for me atm.
I might try DB bench, but is there an exercise that doesnt put much pressure on the wrists for chest :)

no, wtf... stop exercising until the bone has healed. unless you wanna do flies from your elbows you have no business exercising with a freshly broken bone
