So ive been running everyday but upped my miles from 2 to 5 this weekend and been getting these sharp pain in the front of my legs, between the ankle and knees. Any cure for this?

I hear you can tape your shins in a way w/ sports tape that relieves some of the pain, so my friend claims who gets them all the time. IDK tho, had 'em one time and didn't do anything bout it. no pain no gain nikka

switch up the type of cardio... try a bike or stairs to let your calves rest
