Is this a good diet plan to gain lean muscle?? I have two workouts a day, one with endurance right at noon and a second workout at 6ish for lifting. Is this enough for me to gain muscle mass?
6am - Protein shake with 25 grams of protein and a Greek yogurt cup
9am - White rice and 2 chicken breasts
After my endurance workout - 21g of protein protein bar and another protein shake with 25 grams of protein
Pre workout at 4:30ish - Banana nut shake with oatmeal and 25grams of gold standard
Post workout - 40g protein shake with a grilled chicken subway sandwich
Before bed - 25g of casein protein shake

Anything I should cut or add??
Please no trolling and this is srs bsness

Yeah where should I try to fit in more carbs? That's roughly about 230 grams of protein, but idk what I should eat for my fats and acids

I think you take a lot of your macros from shakes and protein bars and not enough from whole foods.

Also, carbs/fats are important and I'm not sure how much you are having. Need more information.

Perfect. Protein shake with every meal and some junk food to fill in the gaps, sounds like you have it all covered.
