how he looks at 18 even seems a bit much, but still can be attained
although at age 21 shown at 4 seconds into video at the 4th pic, seems quite a bit of change
in all seriousness, it isn't THAT impressive..i just don't believe that most people here, or anywhere for that matter, know how to do much of anything optimally
if someone trains optimally, with that being their life focus, and does most everything right, they can see crazy progress in 3-4 years..the problem that most have is that they can't keep the burning intensity toward a goal for such a prolonged time (aside from not knowing how to do things correctly)..as to what i mean by that, and what i see all the time - someone will have some short intense drive to accomplish something, it might last for a few weeks, maybe a few months if they are lucky, but then will get distracted by other things, or just start going through the motions instead of REALLY pushing themselves..then, if you compare those results to someone who maintains laser focus for years on end, with everything on point (training, rest, nutrition, etc), the difference in results will be extreme..factor in the potential for genetic predispositions, and it can easily be where that guy is
shit, i went from 183lbs to 238lbs in ~1.5 years, granted there was definitely a large chunk of fat gain, but i ended up benching 365x7 (did 405x1), box squating 550x5, and hip cleaning 315 when i was 20, all while my goals weren't even lifting related..now, i only image what i might have done if i had set my mind toward actual lifting or physique goals
