Only made it in 3 mins and had to stop because of my foot cramping up and hurting. Cardio was fine. Should i be doing the low impact? Or any ideas on hoe to fix it ?

I had the worst foot cramp the other night. The muscle was so tight you could see it popping out of the arch of my foot. When I put my foot straight, you could see my big toe being pulled away from my other 4 toes.
Worst cramp of my life.

Yeah it sucked lol. Anything i can do to prevent it next time ? Maybe a diet thing ? Or switch to the low impact ?

Stretch your feet properly? What part of your foot was cramping?

Just stretch out your foot I suppose, make sure you're hydrated as well?

Were you wearing shoes?
Usually hydration or a lack of sodium can cause cramping... if it happens again just on the arches you could try taping your arch properly, see if that helps.
Or you could try the modifiers on the Insanity Max 30, to see if that helps even though you say cardio isn't an issue.
