I do
Monday : Chest
Tuesday : Shoulders
Wednesday : Back
Thursday : Arms
Friday : Legs
Saturday : Cardio
Sunday : off

I know that most people do like shoulder/triceps shit in one day but i dont understand that.

What chu lift days look like ?

currently the sets are 5 of 20reps
and cardio each day.

I don't understand how people can work their muscle group 1 time a week, seems a loss of time to me.

Monday - Deadlift and OHP - 2-3 accessory exercises
Tuesday - Squat B/F and Bench - 3 accessory exercises
Wednesday - Rest
Thursday - Deadlift and OHP - 2-3 accessory exercises
Friday - Squat B/F and Bench - 3 accessory exercises
Saturday - Whatever - Usually just a ton of weighted pullups/chinups and whatever else I want thats small (often rows and curls)
