extra virgin olive oil and coconut oil shots.

good for bulking? if needed to aid in easier consumption of fats and calories?

thinking about doing this. but would prob do just one or the other, not both. if so id be more inclined to do olive oil.

good for the fatty acids and such id assume.

of course id consume with some food thats a solid.

theres pnut butter tablespoons as an option, but id assume olive oil is healthier?

I think the order would be coconut oil > evoo > pnt butter in terms of health, not 100% on this though.

I put olive oil in everything, a lil bit in shakes/rice etc coconut oil tbsp in rice is good aswell

thanks for reply

i thought evoo would be better due to the types of fat in it

also, would light evoo be the same as regular?

i believe light is just more filtered and has less taste, so it would be easier to consume?

ps I've used this stuff for cooking and salad dressing for years http://www.napavalleynaturals.com/Organic-Extra-Virgin-Olive-Oil/p/NVN-ORGEVOO&c=NapaValleyNaturals@Oils

it has a very mild flavor compared to most evoo

olive oil is a lot easier to use, cause liquid at room temp

coconut oil is like soft wax at room temp. hard to use in protein shakes and cold things. good to cook with, but definitely adds coconut flavor.

also, why extra virgin? go regular olive oil. same calories and fats, just cheaper.

I could see adding like a spoonful to a shake or something if it was mixed well, or using a little extra to cook a good meal if you want calories from fat (why not protein? ...what weak excuse can you have for that?), but seriously, taking a shot would be disgusting and totally fucked. If you resort to drinking straight olive oil for gains, you probably have gone off the deep end.

/edit - maybe you're on a massive diet with budget?

otherwise why not cook an ultra rich curry with the coconut cream or make some really joocy animal mang
