Then I should be able to control it right?? I broke my foot 2 weeks ago and I've been eating whatever I want pizza etc.

The side effects I get from gluten is excessive sweating, gagging/throwing up in my mouth, frequent peeing.

I've been just sitting in my room playing online poker/video games and I'd be sweating quite a bit, anytime a stressful decision or w/e arose literally beads of sweat roll down my body/arm. Drinking like 1.5 litres of water a day and peeing more than once an hour. I have to keep a towel beside my desk to wipe my armpits every 15 minutes, its so fucking gross.

The gagging happens when i eat something i dont want to eg bananas or often times before a heavy set of squats/deads and otger exercises.

How can I control this? I miss pizza so much :'(

i'm with you bro. eating that stuff makes me feel so nasty for a few days.
i limit my pizza and beer to about once a month :)

I don't feel nasty at all, I feel totally fine the next day, just sweaty/gag etc. I think it's actually a wheat intolerance not gluten.

what do you mean feel nasty??

It would be physiological, based on symptoms you're having by abusing the GSauce.

GSauce abuse is real and I suggest seeking a counselor and a minimum of 3 GA meetings a week (GSauce Anonymous)

As for the gluten Id have said idk. But when u said u gag before eating foods u don't like and before nerve racking lifts it made me feel like it's psychological. And u don't have any intolerances physically.

As for what to do idk man U may need to do some of that exposure therapy shit. Either with a professional or by yourself.

Force urself to take a bite of banana, followed by a bite of pizza, then do a heavy set of squats. Repeat till u don't gag anymore lol.
