Hello health & fitness forum. I'd like to get into working out and getting into shape, not just being slim.
I'm a girl, 19, 5'3 or 5'4, and just weighed myself at 109 lbs. I do have self image issues and I'm honestly obsessed with keeping my weight at 103, so gaining 6 lbs is making me freak out. Yeah sorry typical girl here.
I realize that muscle weighs more than fat, so I won't be able to keep the 103 mentality. I would like to gain muscle, not just be scrawny. I'm looking for help on how to get started and what would be a good end result (for how much weight I can lift for squats and stuff like that). Of course I won't just stop working out when I meet that goal. I'm not looking to be a bodybuilder, just toned and have a nice butt and legs.

I can throw some fg to people who are willing to help me out.
