day 1 : chest , lats
day 2 : shoulder , leg
day 3 : bicep tricep

need new routine to cut :P

common misconception, higher reps does not = toned/leaner lift heavy to maintain strength during a cut

e/ why only lats? why not train whole back?

I think having a whole day dedicated to arms on a 3 day split is no good, chest + bicep/tricep and back + bicep/tricep > 1 big muscle 1 small each day > 2 big 2 small
