I am wondering if there a viable fat burner like http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/rsp-nutrition/quadralean.html that I can use to supplement workouts along with protein and amino acids. I've been working out 5 days a week and eating better, but I just want every advantage I can in trying to get back into better shape.

Let me know what you guys think, or if these items are all fluff.

are you a food addict? that has to be addressed first if so, there are no magic pills.

for people who are already experienced at working out and dieting successfully without drugs or strong supplements, yes there are a few things which help lower bodyfat more rapidly, not all of which are legal everywhere. clenbuterol for instance

if you work out for a year and find that you suck at it and just want to be a pansy and lose weight extremely fast, google doctors in your area that can give you "hcg." Imo it's a puss mans way out, but it works. 100%

does hcg have an effect on weight loss other than stimulating test production? i've never heard of that

Yeah, you can only consume ~500 calories a day or some ridiculously small number. Depending on your weight, you lose 5-10lbs a week. It's something a lot of yuppy older people do who've never been able to lose weight. It's also used for people who run a cycle as it levels out the test hormones in the body. The neat thing about HCG, though, is that while on it, you can NOT work out or do strenuous activity since you're caloric intake is so small, however you only lose fat and not muscle.

i am interested in this as well. i'm completely overhauling my way of eating. i'm starting to go to my local downtown markets for fresh produce every saturday ( my city has a good amount of organic markets and what not ), gonna include lots of veggies in my daily meals ( fish n salad, chicken n salad, salad with black beans, etc ), and i've already been exercising daily for months. but i definitely want to speed things up, and maintain once i reach my goals.

oh, and to ensure i stay strong during the week, me and the wifey will be walking downtown every sunday to get an ice cream ( or something of the sort ). ofc with a harder workout that day.

sorry to hijack OP :P interests kinda the same though! B)

whoa whoa i dont need to go to any extremes, i wouldnt say im like extremely obese or anything. I was just wondering if any of the supplements on like bodybuilding.com might be worth looking into as a subtle way to speed up the process. I'm fairly experienced in working out and staying in general shape. I've been consciously avoiding over-eating so far this year because thats what got me in trouble last year at school and caused me to gain like 20 some odd points that i've gotten rid of. I just want to get from my weight of 240-250 now back down to my highschool weight of 225-230. I do 5 days a week working out, each day a different part of the body and then cardio 3 days a week just a half hour of hiit.
