Just look at the ingredients that are in there. Maybe there's some people out there that need most of the ingredients in there to deal with a problem, I don't know.
Speaking from experience, I took something similar from GNC (an anti-inflammatory supplement). This was way back when I started lifting. I had a shoulder issue, and I thought an anti-inflammatory herbal kind of supplement might help. I took it for 60 days every day, nothing happened... didn't help me at all. Granted, I think I had an impingement or pinching problem at the shoulder joint or near it, which probably wouldn't really get helped much by an anti-inflammatory.
Buy ginger, rosemary, and tumeric if you want that stuff so bad. And drink green tea. I don't really think it matters.
