I'm doing a 50/30/20% @2,410 calories
So 301/181/54 Grams

For my post workout:

960 Calories | 154g 72g 6g

1.5 Skim Milk
1.5 Whey
3x Spaghetti
1x Organic Pasta Sauce

In servings of course...

My question is, is that to many carbs all at once?

So far I've seen to be making progress so I doubt it matters "iifym" right?

I didn't think so.. Just wanted to make sure pounding 3 servings of spaghetti down after working out wasn't to much in one sitting. :)

Is your post workout meal just a loaf of bread?
