Haven't touched a weight since last week wednesday, broke/sprained my foot.

I can drive to the gym, but I need a fully seated workout, I can't hit legs unless leg extension, that might hurt my foot though... can't do much for back either besides pullups

can anyone give me a temp workout plan with all seated/lying down exercises?

no need exercise list, just a split muscle group that would work (i can only work chest shoulders arms, a lil abs, and upper back

Omg it feels so good to touch a weight again... the weights feel a lot heavier, but I havent lost any strength! The 45lb bar actually feels like it weighs something now... weird

For back you can do variants of pulldowns, yeah? Chest supported rows maybe?

Seated rows still needs you to support yourself with your feet, so that's probably a bad idea.

just did a push day, I could still do seated shoulder press/bench etc just no leg drive, and getting the weight up off my knee was hard and painful as fuck

Yeah I would try to eliminate anything that you need both feet for leg drive, at least until your doctor says.
