I noticed that I lose all tightness when I pause at the bottom of the lift. Any advice on not losing this tightness? I've tried a few different things, but since I can't active push up, I can't seem to keep tight.

i personally would find this incredibly hard to do.
keeping tightness i find extremely easy.
