Looking for some exercises to really smash the side delts.
I've always been a fan of lat raises, wide grip upright rows but am looking for some variance

OHP, Arnold Press, lateral raises, upright rows, behind the neck OHP?, that's really all I ever do for side delts.

Yeaaaaah normally do all of these as well my friend


/e I wouldn't say my side delts are lacking per say, I just want more of a Pop look yknow?

try a 3 second positive and negative on side raises

12 reps perfect form lat raises, 4 sets cables each side, 4 sets on the lat raise machine, 4 sets with dumbells all 11-13 reps
4 sets military press/ohp 8 reps
4 sets rear delt rows 4 sets real delt flys 12 reps
4 set front raises
2 set close grip upright rows
2 set wide grip upright rows

my shoulder routine, control the weight at all times

I actually feel the most on my side delts is after my entire workout I do 3 sets of PURELY negatives (go up a bit in weight, and allow other arm to help get through the positive, then slowly drop the negative).. works really good on cables.

Just make sure you're working your fronts, sides, and rears. Getting a full delt pump feels nice.

whatever dbs you're using, find ones that weigh 10lbs less and make every rep perfect
