i eat a lot of spicy food and some days indigestion cuts into my gym routine
any go to foods/drinks you recommend on a regular basis so this doesn't get in the way?
does gingerale help?

ginger ale contains very little ginger and the amount of carbonation is likely to just make things worse. eating candied or raw ginger might help though!
limit spicy food, alcohol and caffeine and don't exercise for a few hours after eating.
pepto bismol might be your friend.

hard cheeses give you indigestion as well, so if you really must have spicy foods, at least stay away from cheese
and as yolo said, definitely stay away from caffeine and the booze too

If you really want spicy food, eat it after or on your recovery days imo
