while i do those exercises i have major problems with my right knee when i go down
i try to have the right form but i always have a lot of trouble placing the right knee in the right spot it tend to bend on the Inside in a very bad angle and i think if i keep doing those exercises ill soon go to snap city
and im looking for good alternatives to do my legs instead of doing those movements

i actually do sumo squats, parallel squats, seated calf raise, one legs calf raise, leg press, straight leg deadlift (which i personally hate the position you have on your back while doing it) and 2 exercises of lunges + the bulgarian squats

you're already doing way too many variations. stick 2-3 compounds and an isolation.

alright but im following a program which does those exercises (except the leg press that i added up since the bulgarian squat was killing my right knee and that i switched those 2 exercises)

if the program is unsuited for you, maybe you should find another or modify the current one?

if your knee is fucking up, the last thing u want to do is overuse it by doing tons of different movements for no reason
