Yeah that's the goal. I was just looking for routines to check out different exercises I could do for each.

Thanks dirtyman

''Who should use this program? This program is for anyone who has exhausted beginner gains and is unable to add weight to the bar weekly. If you are able to add weight to the bar weekly I advise you run Fierce 5 Novice Routine. As you progress as a lifter your ability to increase weight will get slower and slower. You should run the program with the fastest progression you can keep up with.

5/3/1 is originally meant for intermediate+ lifters, but can easily be adapted and well utilized by pretty much any level lifter. I've made my best gains using 5/3/1+accessory work, and feel way less beat up then doing a 3x5 or 5x5

/e jussaiyan programs are easily adapted
