when I get home from the gym I feel queezy and like my intestines are about to come out of my mouth

I've been hitting it pretty hard at the gym with cardio like sprinting 3x 3.000 meter sprints. i've done these before but i never vomited after every practice in the past 4days.


I've cut down to 155 lbs for now after a very strict diet over the winter break so i can build muscle up to 160. also, the past week i've been drinking ALOT of water, enough to make me piss 8-10 times a day.

Are you eating enough food? I think an extreme caloric deficit could make you sick.

thats what i thought too. i havent been eating anything at all maybe a banana and a cliff bar once a day but yeah i plan on eating more later

was just hoping it wasn't a sign of a GI problem or something. i've been doing some yoga and cycling so my core is freaking sore all the time. my urine is fine and clear so i guess that rules out muscle damage

im not going for gains, just want to be 160max with least %fat as possible. just trying to keep my cardio up

You know you still need to eat to maintain a muscle mass yes? If not your body will break down, you wont build any muscle , you will look like absolute shit.

African children look great amiright? (I know how extreme of a comparison that was lol)

I'm not talking about making gains, im talking about simply maintaining any type of health lifestyle/lift itself.

chill guys... i only wanted to get to 155 so i can weigh in for lightweight (160lb max)
i'm not an anorexic guy hehe
