To make a long story short, I am now on a strength routine. Hypertrophy routine served its purpose, but it just doesn't completely fit my goals. Looking good always has been and always will be a goal of mine, but it isn't the ONLY goal. Okay, no more of that boring talk, lets get to the training.

I'm back to ol' faithful, 5/3/1. I'm lifting four days a week.
Monday: Bench
Tuesday: Squat
Thursday: OHP
Friday: Deathlift

My goal lifts for 2015 are:
Bench: 275x1
Squat: 315x1
Deadlift: 335x1
OHP: BWX1 (whatever my bodyweight is by the end of the year)

Current bests to date which have all occurred since I just restarted 5/3/1 are: (@165 BW)
Bench: 200x5
Squat: 205x7
Deadlift: 220x8 (Can do quite a bit more sumo style)
OHP: 110x6

So cheer me on or do what you want to do. I won't update this every day, but I will keep it updated.

To be srs tho.

Are you wanting a general strength routine? Or a powerlifting routine?

What are your goals?

To be stronger? Or to get bigger numbers in the big 3?

If it's to get bigger numbers, we know ur a novice as am I in terms of strength and ability to recover, and as such 531 is a hideous strength routine for a novice you cannot deny

Just gaining strength in general. May eventually compete in a pl comp, but that would obviously be a long ass ways away.
Main focus is being stronger, feeling stronger and healthier, looking good, and enjoying training.
If I follow 5/3/1 for the whole year and never stall, I should theoretically reach all my goals (except maybe OHP, depends on how fat i get). So that is plenty fast enough for me.
