So I have either been injured or too busy to go to the gym regularly over the past 18 months.
I lost quite a bit of muscle and my lifts went down quite a bit. I gained some body fat during this time as well. My body fat raised from about 15% to about 25%.
Should I bulk and work on getting my strength back up and building back my muscle mass, and then cut down the fat?
Or since I am already around 25% body fat, should I cut down to about 15% before trying to put back on the muscle mass?
