ive tried fixing my form for the past 2 years and it still feels like my shoulder is going to explode. My shoulders are one of my best body parts, and i can do every other upper body exercise perfectly fine... its only this movement that makes it feel like i will dislocate my shoulder. anyone else have this problem or what should i do to help it?

This is why I stopped doing dips. Never felt they did much for me anyway.

I don't have a problem with decline.

Right. If it doesn't feel like it's working, stop doing it!

Problem just with barbell decline?

Dumbbell decline should be a lot easier on your shoulders.

Don't do dips then . Injuring your shoulder is depressing
