Do any of you do cardio after your workouts when cutting? Or do you leave it all up to diet?

If you do, what do you prefer to do and for how long?

When you get to a low enough calorie number where eating any less would be awful, just add cardio.

Yeah I'm almost to that point, so I'm looking to add some in. My weight keeps staying the same, and I keep dropping calories, no change though.

Time to change it up.

Yes, I start out very low though. Maybe 10 minutes a day. As I start to feel as if I'm eating too little food, I increase the cardio to allow myself more food.
