Hey
GF wants one for her bday. Are they any good?
If so, which once would you suggest to get? Something that measures heart rate, calories, steps etc
This any good?

I have the Polar FT60 (whose design for a sports watch is even daily usable) and I'm quite content.

Silly question, but does it also tell time?
Any others tried some?

just get her something that looks decent, counts steps (/chicksshrug) and will tell her to move her ass.
I haven't tried anything yet with a decently accurate energy expenditure measurement. Mine usually says about 7-800 kcals from about 1 hour of lifting (with long pauses between sets, low reps). No wonder people struggle to lose weight.
