Hey guys, just a quick question for those with experience. Looking for a good knee brace, or set of knee wraps for heavy leg days. I have mild IT band syndrome on one knee and it seems to be a persistent injury (done all the usual basic recovery techniques). Just looking for a little support for when I do heavy leg days, been mostly avoiding back squats so I don't have a slideout but I do usually use the hacksquat machine.

Anyone with ideas for good brands etc. would be much appreciated!

check out rehbands. Not insane amounts of support with just the sleeves, but its definitely in the right direction. If you arent completely poor, spend some time looking into a massage therapist. The difference a good massage weekly or even monthly is amazing.

Yeah I'm hoping to just get away with some sleeves until it hopefully resolves itself. I have a buddy who is an orthopedic surgeon who recommended a therapist, however I was hoping I wouldn't have to go that far with recovering as my body is usually pretty resilient toward this type of junk. This time I think I might spring for that though cause this has stuck around for quite some time now without any large improvement. I can still do most everything but it just lurks there in the back of my mind any time I try to lift heavy or go past parallel etc. Annoying!
