I have a few questions if someone is able to answer them:
1. L-Arganine / AAKG, any difference between the two or are they the same thing? And how would this effect someone with naturally somewhat low blood pressure? I realize caffeine temporarily raises blood pressure, and I know caffeine and l-arganine are put together in preworkouts, so I'm wondering what the interaction is... and if there's situations where it could be fairly detrimental.
2. Any affordable preworkout supplements in Canada? Other than just caffeine / black coffee. I specifically want to pick one up to get a boost after workdays, I realize it's generally a waste of money. It looks like the cheapest price is about $1 per serving... which is the way it has always been. But it would be nice to find a good preworkout at lower than $1 per serving.
3. Do you like to specifically supplement any vitamins in addition to taking a multivit? I picked up some b3, b6, and a b-complex in addition to my regular multivit and fishoil. I'm also thinking about picking up a magnesium+zinc complex to help with sleep/etc. Also have some extra niacin. Again, I realize at some point a rounded diet and a multivit is ideal, but any input on anything you consider taking above and beyond. I tend to just take what I need, but I've never really explored supplementing extra on particular vitamins.
