If you're just getting back into it, listen to Aube, lift twice a week. 1 example could look like this (if you still wanna keep saturday your off/cheat day)
sunday push (chest shoulders triceps)
monday pull (back biceps)
tuesday legs (quads hamstrings calves, if you want to throw in abs, I'd do it after leg days.)
wednesday push
thursday pull
friday legs
