Been working out every day except saturday.

Saturday is cheat day, but when I had my cheat meal, I had one medium Mtn Dew and a taco and felt like shit...

Pretty happy with it so far and feeling good.

Starting taking a vitapak every day, Elite Physique is what it's called.

Any other tips besides working out every day and sticking to my diet?

Monday - Chest
Tuesday - Arms
Wednesday - Shoulders
Thursday - Back
Friday - Legs
Saturday - Cheat
Sunday - Cardio

Work each body parts at least twice a week if you eant to progress faster.

Well I was going to eat at least 5 tacos, but after the first and the Mtn Dew I was shaking and feeling terrible.

If you're just getting back into it, listen to Aube, lift twice a week. 1 example could look like this (if you still wanna keep saturday your off/cheat day)

sunday push (chest shoulders triceps)
monday pull (back biceps)
tuesday legs (quads hamstrings calves, if you want to throw in abs, I'd do it after leg days.)
wednesday push
thursday pull
friday legs
