im latose intolerant

had a frozen yougurt cup from costco earlier. pretty sure that fuked me stomach up lol.

ive had them before with a little stomach issues. but this time its worse......


stomach is growling a few times an hour pretty loudly, seems a bit agressive. surprised it doesnt rly hurt too much, just feel extreme gas bloating etc...

is this bad for any foods ive eaten since? maybe might not absorb them as well? or anything else?



also on side note....

since i drink lactose free milk ofc...

i usually get regular lactaid or a store brand lactose free milk. this has 8 g protein per serving.

i saw almond milk on sale and was going to get it, but its got 1 g of protein per serving... so i skipped it lol. da fuk, why drink almond milk if its got barely any protein?

yeah u dont have to get protein from milk only, but hey, if a drink can have a bit of protein in it, why not drink it... might as well.

sounds like a question for a doctor bro ; ]

Id check the ingredients and see how its processed then compare it with other frozen yogurts brands to see if only one is giving you trouble. Then I would find out what ingredient/s might be causing the problem

Almond and soy milks are lower calorie ways to get similar nutrients to milk for people who are intolerant or allergic or lactose intolerant or don't want to consume a lot of calories. They are fortified to have the same vitamin and mineral content (vit d, calcium and phosphorus, magnesium, vitamin a etc.)... not everybody cares about protein as much as a growing lad

also, you're probably not going to have major malabsorption issues if you eat a yogurt cup once and didn't even get diarrhea... but it would be a good idea to cut that out as it clearly isn't beneficial

but stomach sounded like a tornado going on in there

i always drink skim milk anyways, so low fat or no fat. low calories too. decent protein for it.

Acid levels in cola are supposed to be the same as your stomach acid. Something your grandmother tells you when you have stomach cramps.

Is there nothing neutral you can eat? Sandwich with turkey bacon / banana / apple / muesli bar?

ive heard to drink ginger ale due to ginger or something, and maybe the carbonation.

i had one of those larger pretzels that u put in the oven. just some bread to help it.
