3 plate deadlift!
It's nearly 2x bw, I think I could've added atleast 10-15lbs more, current bw = 160
bar slipped right away in my hands, was in my fingers whole lift

e/ also any tips for form would be awesome, working on thrusting my hip into the bar at lockout, but I got the lats flared/activated and everything feels tight and good.
