The side-effect-to-benefit ratio of 'test boosters' is worse than taking actual anabolic steroids at low doses. DHEA isn't even proven to effect strength. Waste of time and money.
That said, it's really unlikely to hurt you if you buy a bottle and try it out for a month or so, same goes with any supplement. Nobody can tell you for sure how it's going to affect you, best to just try it if you're curious.
It will make you 'un-natty' according to the WADA, but this doesn't matter unless you are actively competing in athletics.
