So obviously during a deload week youre supposed to go 60% or lighter of your 1rm.

What about your accessory lifts, how intense are you during deload week's accessory lifts?

Deload everything.

For my deload week, im not even gonna bother lifting. Just going to be a total rest week.

There is multiple ways to deload depending on your level and depending how beat up you are. In the book beyond 5/3/1 there is a chapter dedicated on how you could setup you deload to keep some intensity to it.

Question about deloading. How does it affect your lifts after the week is over?

I imagine little to nothing, but I was just curious. Like are you supposed to start back up your lifts on where you left off or a little under?

You will not lose anything a you would most likely feel less ''broken''. You will be hungry for heavy weight thought. ;)

After a deload week I usually find the DOMs to be more significant after the first lower body day.
