i do squats after doing my sets of sumo deadlifts mixed in with stretches for squats in between the sumo sets...i feel like my squats are more speedy and i have more mobility if i do them after sumo deads. is this necessarily a bad thing? i feel like most people probably do squats first. i guess its not really a big deal though and the deads are low rep so i dont have too much fatigue during squat sets
