Definitely not before, as you'll perform worse while training with weights.

You obviously can after, should be pretty tired from weights, but that's up to you.

I personally give cardio/core their separate days and generally keep my weight lifting days for weights.

If I still have energy left after a workout I'll hit the heavy bag for a bit, but ultimately tells me I need to add either more weight or reps to a workout.
