What nutrients are good when feeling really banged up after a few months of gym? I feel like my diet is missing something

Most likely a recovery issue and not supps related. Do you eat and sleep good?

2500 cals 5 days and 2 days 2000 cals
dont know how low thats compared to my previous intakes
