total noob here. just started counting my macros/micros.
im looking to eat 1650 calories a day at 155lbs, 5'7" in order to lose weight.
my question is, should i try to eat 1650 calories a day if im running as well? should i add on calories? if so, im assuming i should add enough calories to fill the difference of calories burned by running?
eat 1650, if your losing too fast, add more calories.
