Im going to start up with the cardio, looking for food ideas

I was thinking of just eating a pound of hamburger with diced bell peppers and carrots in it for my meals, with bananas in between

Im trying to make it as simple as possible so i dont give up on it

If you want something sustainable I recommend mixing it up a bit as you will get tired of eating the same thing over and over.

If you want to lose weight, calculate your BMR and add more calories depending on your exercise levels. There are many online calculators for this. Then make sure you eat less calories than that every day. A good place to start is 500 calories less than your calculated value per day.

Good luck.

I buy Smart Ones Weight Watchers tv dinners in bulk whenever they're on sale ($2.00 each in Canada)

Just heat one up and add a handful of frozen broccoli to make it filling.

You get a lot of variety and they taste pretty good.

I think he meant a pound between all meals for the day.

It's called math. It's simple and never fails. Determine ur maintanece calories. Determine ur daily macro needs. Buy a $10 food scale at Walmart and use ur phone calculator or an app if u want to be fancy or even write it down. And count ur calories and macros. Eating at 300-500 below maintaence and u will steadily loose weight until u achieve ur goal.

Read the nutritonal value or use google and weigh everything, measure liquids I.e milk in a measuring cup.

As long as u hit ur macros eat whatever u want just never above ur daily calories.

Easiest shit ever to loose weight.
