Besides your creatine mono-hydrate, glutamine and protein, what other products out there help with gains/strength? Is anything like borderline illegal that works good? I guess what I'm saying is I want something damn good, but not illegal.

stick with creatine and protein(if you need)
drop the glutamine
and eat lots lift heavy, there is no shortcut. Otherwise test e in yo ass

I've been lifting HARD for at least 5 months...gains/strength/size is all coming but I look around in the gym and dudes are huge. I just feel like I'm behind on something.
Edit - I mean I'm strong and my build looks decent, but you wouldn't look at me right away and be like wow he lifts. I can bench 225 15x and incline/decline 100's 10x. I feel like I'm strong just my size/personal appearance lacks.

some guys take cycles of drugs for lifting. others have just been doing it for a good amount of time. keep lifting hard and you'll grow

Yeah I guess you're right...takes time. I know guys who have been lifting for years and their bodies show that. So it's time and diet obviously, but just looking for a little help you know?
