My left shoulder/trap area tends to rest way higher than my right side. It's only noticeable and pictures however, if I actually pay attention to it then I notice it to. I think it effects my workouts too as my left side always feels like it is doing WAY more work.

Is there anything I can do to do fix this? I will provide a picture if you do not fully understand what I'm describing.

I have a similar problem. I always favor my right shoulder to tackle with. Over the years it sits lower

Look up "thepostureguy" he has a few videos on how to correct it. I already did the stretches he said to do and it's made a noticeable difference, just gotta keep it up.

Unilateral movements, dumbbells instead of barbells, this way your body doesn't put more emphasis on one side to help with the push (or pull)
