Basically the same as a strength routine.
Find stretches that work certain muscles and hold them for 10-15 seconds.
Do a few sets.
rinse and repeat.
Just did minor ones today but focused mostly on hip flexor a since my posture could use some work and I feel fantastic now... No lower back pain anymore lol
