I'm the same way. I've realized slow and easy is the only way to go for me when it comes to progress with my body because food costs too much, takes too much time to prepare, and some days I just want to eat what I want to eat after having worked my ass off the past few days. Marijuana doesn't help with that either lol.
MJ I mean yeah, it helps sometimes, but regardless it'll still make you lazy as fuck, and I don't really honestly get the muchies off MJ for some odd reason, it's only with sativa strains (trainwreck) I get the munchies, but the majority of strains nowadays are indicas because of teh short flowering period which is bullshit.

It's takes quite a bit of time of overfeeding to get use to it. liquid calories help too.
Yeah mass gainers do help, but they tend to fill you up for a long time so you can't even get solid food in.
Unless you're constantly drinking water to build an appetite.
