So I decided this year to set myself a challenge of running 1000 miles across the year.

I am not a big runner at present, but am hoping to average out a 2.75 mile run every single day through the year. Of course some will be more and some days I'll do none.

Unfortunately I play football already on Mondays and Sundays and this mileage will not be added in, which makes it a take more of a challenge.

All mileage will be tracked on an app so there will be no cheating.

Has anyone ever done anything similar or even fancy joining me in setting a goal and tracking it vs progress?

well ud need to average 3.65 miles a day then

yea some more some less

but why set a goal

and then set the average below the average needed?

The 2 set days are not 52 weeks of the year so it just seemed right to do 1000/365
